Major League Soccer and adidas signed a multi-year partnership renewal today. adidas will continue to be the League’s official supplier, as well as its clubs and youth academies, under the terms of the multifaceted deal. As a founding and strategic partner of Major League Soccer, adidas is at the heart of the League’s ambitions to expand its business in North America and beyond. adidas will increase critical development efforts with MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT to support this collaboration venture.
The two organizations will continue to expand the sport and enhance soccer culture and communities via this renewed partnership. MLS and adidas will collaborate to establish innovative, inclusive programs to empower, encourage, and inspire a future generation of players and fans in preparation for the 2026 World Cup and to ensure a legacy beyond it.
adidas will remain as the Official Sponsor, Footwear Supplier, and Apparel Provider of MLS as part of the extended, long-term relationship, and will celebrate the finest in young soccer as the presenting partner of the MLS NEXT Golden Ball (MVP) and MLS NEXT Best XI. adidas will continue to provide all jerseys, footwear, training gear, and sideline equipment to MLS Clubs, as well as the official match ball for all MLS properties, including MLS NEXT Pro and MLS NEXT. The new agreement includes increased investment in youth development and community engagement.
